MTN your service is shocking. I just want to cancel my contract but you cut me off 3 times. No direct number to your cancellations department?? Even though I quoted the reference number given on the first call I still had to go through all the questions on each call. Now I have to wait 48 hours for someone to phone me back which I very much doubt they will!!
I requested accommodation for 3 days at the end of December, which was available, but was told I could not book because a minimum of 5 nights was required. I do not want 5 nights accommodation. So they would rather have empty rooms than 3 nights worth guests.
