Resolution Health is the worst medical aid.
I would just like to advise anyone who is thinking about joining Resolution Health DON'T! !! The staff are unable to help or even understand you and the more money they can steal from you the better. I am in the process of reporting them to the Medical aid Board.

Worst experience
I was at Game illanga Mall in Nelspruit over the weekend. I was looking for a product advertised on their special pamphlet. After asking numerous people who did not even know what the product was, someone finally checked the system and told me it arrived but is not packed out and I will get a sms to say when it will be out. When I phoned back today ( the phone is answered with hello) I was once again not beiing helped. After trying to explain what the product is, someone in information finally said it's been ordered but they don't know if and when it will arive. This is horrible. I asked if it could be sent from another store but apparently this also can't happen. I buy at game because they usually have lower prices. I need to go pay more at another store now because of bad customer service. After I spent a small fortune at game already with my other shopping. I am very unhappy and won't go there again.
