The disregard for professionalism and business etiquette in this division is just appalling! Misdirected communication, unskilled & irresolute consultants on resolve client queries, I've had a standing query 2yrs running, everyone keeps passing the buck. "I'll escalate & revert back," Nobody follows up. What do your systems look like?
I rented and paid for car rental online on 02/02/2024, with Woodford, I didn't have a credit card on collection, I was using a temporary card and was declined. Adv on refund process 10-14w/d. Today is the 21st. Are they expecting me to beg before paying me back. Clearly they're still racking up the interest They cc me on an email once a week requesting a "refund for client" How week are they're systems? I expect payment with interest for the duration my funds held
purchased The Henwood Luxury Selection Plush at the Woodmead store yesterday. The bed was delivered. I did not sleep at all last night, I was pestered by ticks all night. I checked the mattress- it's used with visible wear & tear and defects in sections of the bed. This was sold to me as new! Firstly the Manager and Salesman at the store inflated the price upon inquiry, I showed them the online price to which they apologized and made an excuse about the size and base set upgrade etc. I knew that's a lie and just purchased on the online price not anticipating what would happen next. The bed was delivered, I arrived at home later that evening after delivery took place & noted it's not the base as discussed. I left i for the morning and got into bed, to my surprise I had guests waiting... Ticks & insects in my brand new bed! My skin is still crawling at the thought of having a stranger's dead skin cells, ticks, insects and personal dirt delivered at my door wrapped as a brand new bed. I no longer want to deal with the same store as I feel they have no integrity as this was NOT a mistake.
Protech Panelbeaters have no work ethic. I have had to continuously follow up on repairs of my vehicle. Delivery was still late on an extended deadline conjointly to their expanded lead times. Furthermore the panelbeater makes exuberant excuses for their subpar performance. Employees never give meticulous feedback, so far as leaving office while I await communication. I am repulsed at the lack of service and will never use them again.
