I wish there was a way to give a rating of ZERO because that is what this company deserves. I used Pentaprop to rent out my properties and I am still waiting for my tenants' deposit to be returned after months of lies and deceit from Arie Korf.
I just want to say thank you to Laurette ****samy from King Price Insurance for her excellent service. I requested an insurance quote and she explained everything very well and was super friendly.
After buying a dishwasher online on the 24th of November and paying for it the same day, I'm extremely disappointed in the level of unprofessionalism and poor work ethic displayed by the Game online team. I have spend so much of my time and money following up from Game regarding my order and I just got taken from pillar to post by the Game online call centre agents. I thought I finally had a break through on the 6th of December when I was able to speak to Rihanna from their back office who made promises about how my issue had been escalated and how she would contact me with feedback, all lies!! I last spoke to Rihanna on the 7th of December and she assured me that I would be receiving an email "shortly" after the call with delivery details, but nothing came through. No surprise there. I tried to phone her again on the 8th and this time there was no going through at all, I was just kept on hold for the longest time until I gave up. Now I am so sick and tired of this whole drama that I don't even want that dishwasher anymore, I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK. Game should go back to the drawing board with this online shopping business because right now it's just pathetic.
I bought a dishwasher from Game online on the 24th of November. I made payment on the same day and sent proof of payment to ********** as instructed, I have not heard anything since. There has not even been an email or sms to confirm that they received my payment. I have wasted my time and money calling the provided number 0861 426 333, which for some reason never goes through. I eventually managed to speak to someone on the 28th and unfortunately the person was not helpful at all because apparently it's a different department and I was asked to leave my details with a promise that I would be contacted, which never happened. I kept trying to reach them and sent emails to the websupport and still did not get any response. I managed to speak to someone again yesterday and it was the same as before, some other department is supposed to do this and she could not tell me anything or assist me in anyway except asking me to leave my details, AGAIN!!! To this day, when I check my order status online it is still "On hold", this is incredibly annoying and it's a waste of time. This has been the worst online shopping I have ever had, Game should just stop with the online shopping because clearly they don't know what they are doing.
