If I could I would give no stars, they want to give you a loan but they dont tell you before hand what all the cost is, first you have to pay this amount to verify you then to get a stamp then a clearance amount for the money to be paid out, very dissgusted on how they are doing bussiness so you have to give your whole salary before gettin the loan. *****sters on its best, hope theyre company gets closed, I am not a happy customer for them, please don't go and ask for a loan by them they will take your whole salary and still you won't get the loan.
Overall I am a happy customer, but I am unhappy with their service due to not admitting fault, since they came to instal our fibre they did not put the fibre cable in a concealed pipe and they did not hide it in the ground they left the wire exposed on the ground, my dog accidently bit the wire, now they charge me R1700 to come and put a new wire in, where they should have burried the wire, so it is not our fault entirely, for me I feel they should charge us less cause they left the wire open on the ground exposed to anything.
Worse third party.... I have ever dealt with, their client was the cause of the accident, when I went to report it they all of a sudden changed their story, that is was my fault and due to me being the only witness cause the passengers in my vehicle is not witness material, and I have to find a witness to prove their customer wrong, what the hell, where must I get other witnesses, they are *****sters siding with their clients, and the customer service is down the drain, I hope no one ever gets to deal with them like all other has all ready. they must start another business, cause third party claims is not for them, cause you don't know how to handle or run it.
I have a credit card with Absa and in 2017 I lost my job due to personal circumstances and struggled to settle my debts. I informed Absa of my job loss. I phoned them and they told me to write them a letter stating my Income and my debt and send it to them, the e-mail address they gave was card.arrangements@absa.co.za, they keep on phoning me, and they say they still did not get the documents they required, my wife e-mailed it to them twice, and they keep on deducting money of my account and they are not allowed to that according to the NCR, if they deduct any further money from my account to settle my credit card I will take this further and open a case of theft. I have been a ABSA client for over 16 years never had a problem, when ever I borrowed money I was a regular payer and never felt behind with my debt, now that I fell behind with my debt due to the lost of my job they treat you badly. Life is a struggle as is and everything is expensive and the salaries, you don't meet month ends. I need feedback on this, cause ABSA Credit Card Division is getting ridiculous
They are BIG RIP OFFS, phoned them today to cancel my cover, increasing my payments twice in one year, 2 times and cover is ridiculous,ridiculous for a family of 4, spoke to an agent, and they tell me the only way to get the money back what I have paid if I make a claim, BIG SKELMS, paid over 5 years for this policy my cover does not go up. loosing all that money now, but I can do better with that money that I pay them for so little cover, no wonder members are cancelling. hope they choke on the money the steel from the people they don't pay out after canceling their policies .
This is one bad 3rd party... my husband had to wait and wait had to give up his business and now he can not even repair his car because they declined his claim, because the insured is denying any that it was his fault for the accident, now they want to counter claim against my husband. Hope now one get involed with these people they like daylight robberers.
I am quite disapointed in the way they are handling our claim, the other driver drove into my husbands car cause he apperently did not see my husband crossing the road, he did not apply brakes nor tried to prevent the accident. He is allready paid out cause his car is a write off we can still fix our car we got 3 quotes but according to integritas solution we have a 30% guilt in thia accident that I think ia untrue because before my husband crossed the road he checked and the road was clear and all of a sudden as he crossed this guy bumped him. What can we do. If anyone can please advise, I know that it comes from the assesors and that guys 3rd party claim, but they cant say that we are also responsable, now we are struggling. Please if someone can advise. I think this is unfair due to that we are not at fault with the accident, cause he drove into my husband .
