Can SAQA please wake up and get things done urgently
SAQA is failing us. Why am I not getting any response from SAQA. I sent an email and received nothing in return almost 3 weeks. I need a verification letter urgently to get to DIRCO, so I can have my VISA processed for a job but SAQA is just not interested in our needs. Can someone please respond from SAQA. Nedbank statement has old address on it
SARS need a bank statement from me, I go to my Nedbank Money App to download a statement but I notice my old address on the statement. I contact Nedbank, the system has updated my new address, as I went to Nedbank Clearwater to update during March 2020. The consultant cannot tell me why my old address is on the statement and they cannot fix it. The consultant also refuses to email me my statement because it R30 and it also has my old address on it......hehehehe. He insists on putting me through to the Complaints department and hangs up on me because I want to speak to a manager. There's obviously something wrong with their Money App and system and needs fixing urgently. So how do I get a statement with my correct address? Can someone please tell me, as no consultants at the call centre has a cooking clue. Kind Regards Michelle

No service received from SACE
Poor service received from SACE. Calls are not answered. If they answer, they hang up on you immediately. How do we Registration Process is terrible, requesting us to post our documents. What age are we living in. We need an online registration process whereby you can pay and print your certificate immediately after paying. They need a system like the Dept. Of Labour when getting your “ Letter of Good Standing”. Help Urgently required, I can’t apply for jobs because I don’t have my certificate and I know many people who is barreling to get their certificates. Something needs to be done Urgently.

Poor Service
Eventually got the installation at my home and now I’m waiting almost two weeks for them to contact Cell C, so we can be connected. Very disappointed with Vumatel and Cell C. Is it really worth all this begging to get fiber to one’s Home.
