Never have i ever had such incompetent and disgusting service!! I am a new customer to FNB and on 15 October applied for a credit card and an easy account via online request. (only later i asked for the easy account, only opened because the lady said i needed it to transfer funds from standard bank account to easy account and then into credit card). Within 10min got a call, and was so impressed. The sales lady was sick but patient with all my queries, i asked her to call me back the next day as i wanted a night to think about it. She did and then the trouble began.... I gave her all necessary information and asked what else doe she need from me, she said nothing the courier will be in touch to deliver the card. I was not asked at this point to send any documents nor, was i informed i still needed to later. I received an sms a few days later asking for proof of income, i wasn't comfortable with an sms request , and having not been told to expect it either, so i called asking if they had infact asked for my payslips. They did, so i sent it straight away (All 3 months) to the email given. After 5 working days i heard nothing so i called and they said i must send proof of income, HUH??? I did a few days ago, "OH" says the lady, and goes to check again? Someone had loaded it as letter of employment and not a payslip!! So my card application was delayed. Then another few days later i still hadnt heard anything and called, they said my card was with the courier services and will be in touch. So i called them directly to make sure it was ready. They said they had my card but i had to make a time and date to be dropped off??HUH.... when was someone going to tell me this?? I was told they would call me! 2 days later i received the card gave my certified ID and certified proof of residence, i watched the guys scan my documents and took the originals. Yippeee finally after 9 days i had my credit card. Read the instructions...i must now activate. BUT wait...where is my easy account card. Call again, the lady says i must go into the bank to sort this out!!! again NEVER mentioned to me, NEVER! So I download the app so i can at least have my credit card, ID number doesnt work, try again next day thinking its late at night, ID doesnt work, try again next day there are technical issues, try again....after 5 days (was over a weekend) i call the center to find out what is going on..... They say i must submit my ID and proof of residence.... ***!!!! Are you kidding me, i gave it all to the couriers and they supposed to send it to you! The guy says i must send it to FNB.... AGAIN...NOONE TOLD ME ABOUT THIS!!!! So i call the couriers, they apologize they didnt send it and yes they are supposed to send to FNB, not me, but will do so straight away and someone from FNB will get back to me in 2 hrs. 24 hours later I CALL FNB....... Now all of a sudden it is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to premier card division? I keep getting sent back to easy desk, no matter what number i use, no matter how clear i say premier card and no matter how many times easy desk transfer me "directly" to card division. Within a week, i spend an entire month airtime, calling day after day, sending email after email and complaint after complaint. I spoke to 3 supervisors and heard back from none. I had 2 ladies reply to my complaint emails, the first didnt get back to me, the second is "still working on it...." In that week i have found out the following: - they have none of my documents??? - they think i may be committing credit card fraud (***?) - they need MORE documents - They have multiple issues - My email address was wrong from the start - FNB have technical issues on a daily basis... excuse after excuse after excuse..... but NO solutions. So i went INTO the branch, Bedford Centre and spoke to a consultant there (after they first tried to get me through to call center- 5 TIMES!!!!! and i either was cut off or the guy was unable to help me due to technical issues (what a joke)) - the consultant tried 4 times to put my ID number into system and it said i am not a customer.... HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE WHEN I HAVE, IN POSSESSION ,A CREDIT CARD WITH MY NAME ON IT! So i ask her what can i do, i am here now, i want to sort this out it has been 3 weeks 4 days since my application, can we just sort this out... Her response was firstly..EISH this is strange, and there is nothing she can do to help me???? Is that not your slogan!!!! She couldnt recommend me to someone, she could advise me on what to do, instaed again said she cant help me!!! I am not going to hold my breathe thinking this post will make any difference to my situation and i still now sit with a useless card and even your staff dont have a clue what to do!!! In the mean time, within 30min i got a card approved by standard bank and will collect in a few days and will activate ot with a few minutes. HOW CAN WE NOT HELP YOU ... The biggest joke for a bank!
Before and after alterations ? After having numerous problems with the alterations of my dress... Looking at the comparison of my dress on my wedding day... Its a completely different style. ? I had specifically decided on this dress for the low back (exactly what I had always wanted in my wedding dress and my main criteria when asked what I wanted!!! ) I picked this beautiful Kitty Chen dress with the perfect low bac**** We received the dress 2 days before leaving for destination wedding, after it going back FOUR times for messed up alterations, only to notice that after the final fitting the entire back was lifted!!! ???? What was done with alterations is beyond me.. To have completely destroyed the beautiful low back design I had chosen. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR BOUTIQUE... ? If you have bought or rented a dress from diamond love ... I highly recommend you go elsewhere for alterations!!!!! You ruined my dream dress!!!
