My name is Desiree Account linked to cellphone no 0844377564 please refund me.Last week my som cancelled a trip .He ended up paying cash om next request . Then the next day,same thing we canceled a ride it waa taking too lomg.And requested a new ride paid via card .Uber Held both monies .After a complaint i got 1 refund back .The other one they refunded me R18.77 which was only a cancelation fee. The amount that came out of my Account was R212 amd and R225 .I can still see R225 on the bank as uncleared .Is Absa holding this money or is Uber? I need it now. I need to get to work .Also today My son again driver cancelled the trip R257 Was the trip amount .Uber then refunded me R10. We couldn't even book because I don't have more money in my account .That's my last last money .Why they refunded R10 and not R257. The amount remains uncleared on Absa stil.It don't show on my bank statement .means these are not valid Transactions right ?who must send me the money Uber or Absa. im ****ed off
Hi , I want some urgent assistance , with Absa legal , home loans department .I sent a letter and appeal 07/11 /25 - REF C60520597 - I can modify my proposal to include a proposal to pay arrears - we busy trying to get some funds - but the current lawyers Smit and Sewgoolam are handling and want 65% toward arrears to stop the Auction, dated 26/11/25. We dont have much time and I am trying to ask Absa to step in as my lender and assist us, I have given good motivation for a future plan to pay but the arrears are too high, to pay lump sum. Why am I getting charged for each transaction - on my cheque account , and recently bank charges are high why is this, I am thinking of changing bank now as I am struggling and you guys not helping
I initially signed up for a 20mbps service at R750 - it went up to R845. I continued paying this service, because my gmail was full and couldn't access my invoices, so I did not notice the installment went to R945 , please note the R100 less each month added up, now to R700 , I am now being disconnected??? I asked the accounts person to make an arrangement for me to pay half and half , but this isn't good enough, I am very upset at the services I am paying R850 a month for years now, and I asked for leniency to pay half the arrears end of May and the other half End June, I am being denied, and being told my service is gonna be disconnected, I am trying here, please be understanding, I am even going to downgrade now as I am on a 100mbps package and will be able to afford the lower packages, so please don't treat me this way as I am still staying with your services?

Hi, Please note I bought a airbed , I know the its deflating , I did send a complaint online - I couldnt go in to sort as I did not have enough money to uber again, I was in a situation I did ask on the online complaint for game to look into changing my airbed. I bought it on the saturday 2nd March 2024 at Game in Fourways mall, at around 18:00 - I was the last person that day to buy it, last customer in the store - it was a single airbed , campmaster - R379
ABSA BANK, I am writing today as I am truly dissapointed in your level of service. I asked Absa team on the 25/03/24 to assist me recover /reverse a chat wallet. I sent the money, in error the 2nd time, so if the person was a person to return the money I would solve it myself. I needed your tech team who created this brilliant product that only benefits ABSA to help, to reverse their great creation. Its like creating a bomb to do blow up and not having detonator. I want to see what absa is gonna do to compensate me as I lost 1500 that couldnt be reversed. I do not wish to bank with you, I want to understand why all your consultants are not being trained properly, all of them dont have enough info, one ladt told me you cant reverse the transaction, the 2nd lady i think it was innocentia says yes i can i must go to the absa bank, then i went to Nicolway branch in Bryanston, the manager and consultant could not help , I called your consultant from the branch they gace me an email address, and says 24-48 hrs response time, really , so in an emergency what do we do. Your stupid system generates emails asking me to give instructions how to drawe the chat wallet to the person who received, yet I am busy asking Absa to reverse - why are you asking me to do that when clealy I am saying its an error?
Good day I am writing this review, in hope that ABSA bank will assist me , My husband lost his cars (uber) and now is in a fix with the home loan arrears and payment, the bank want to auction the house, We assignd this to a FDA -FINANCIAL DEBT ADVISORS, for debt review loan, they pay our accounts but the rate in unaffordable and we struggling , we dont want to lose the house . Our kids are grade 11 - they have 1 and hlaf years to go. I will really hope that ABSA can offer a better solution that for us to auction or sell, we really need advise and help, maybe you can offer debt review loan at a lower rate , is it possible in that case to cancel the debt review loan with FDA? We backed into a corner, we dont want to lose the house/s we have want to be able to leave something for our kids, its doesnt make sense to sell and rent ? also note my husband and I and kids, all are depressed , we try to save here and there -but we not making it , we trying , I need help please send me support and help will appreciate all the financial advice and leniency from ABSA -Help us !
Very dissapointed because CELL C cant accept my bank details to pay my husbands CellC account, the man is unemployed, I am trying to help my husband pay the CELL C account, 084377564 Ajay Laldeo - also I did an eft my dad actually to this account, he doesnt know how to generate a pop, n his std bank app , he paid R1200 ON 25TH MAY, REF:100292341460 - How much more down do you want this man to go, can you not assist him, match the eft and reinstate the account, also you can call him 0849911550 to confirm all this - very disappointing CELLC - no compassion for the unempployed
