Been having an ongoing problem with Windows 7 Professional. Tried calling the Customer Care Centre several times and no one answers the phone even after waiting more than 25 minutes. I then contact the head office in Bryanston, Johannesburg. I would like to speak to someone that can explain how I can get support. The AA receptionists tell me that they don't not know how to help me so either put me through the non-answering customer care center again or cuts me off. Left a message for someone to call me with no response.
Got a spam SMS from First Choice Loans this morning listing Anita as the agent. I contacted her requesting where my number was obtained as my mobile number is \opted out"with the Direct Marketing Association. She indicated that was done via a marketing company. Her English was poor but she made me understand that she \""did not have time to waste\"" and hung up. I am of the opinion that Anita and First Choice Loans might be in breach for current legislation i.e. Electronic Communications and Transactions Act"
No one answers the phone. Call waiting cuts off after 5 minutes and have to dial again. Where the hell is my parcel? Left New York (USA) on 16 December 2014. Three months later and SA Post Office says does not know where it is? Not interested in helping the customer! Time for SA Post Office to officially close and replaced by more efficient private service. One gets the idea that employees want a job but not do the work!
