I had such a positive experience with Platinum Life
I had such a positive experience with Platinum Life. Their team assisted me quickly and without any difficulty. Everything was explained clearly, and the process was smooth from start to finish. I truly appreciate their helpfulness and efficiency. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that still values good customer service. Highly recommended!

Unfair Load shedding
Load shedding is there for everyone but Randfontein municipality doesn't feel the same about it. Only Culemborg, Helkonpark, Randgate, part of Greenhills the plots, part of homelake are turned off for load shedding. The excuse is that they fall under the hospitals and the factories The hospitals have their own power line which is logical and are not connected to a suburb and so are the factories. Whether it is stage 2 or 4 we are turned off for 4 hours and more and sometimes 2 times a day Randfontein central, part Greenhills there by Oribi and part of homelake is not turned off and these are only areas that I know of.

policy name changes and a add on my father policy
I have a create experience with Caroline from out surance. She was very helpful and she did not have a problem to send me correspondence from her direct email account from out surance. I will keep her email address for future reference if I need to communicate with regarding policy issues.
