Paid in full for driving lessons end November / start December, one lesson received. Followed up in January about resuming lessons and last correspondence from this business was 22nd January 2025. Every other message sent to A&R has been ignored whilst the owner is sitting with my money. Theft?
Over the last two months Telkom has debuted R1800 for two contracts I have which does not even set me back R500 each month. I have been to the store more than once to query the amounts and they had absolutely no idea and told me to contact the billing department. Upon contacting the billing department, I spoke to Uhlume who could only tell me what I was able to see on my invoice. When I asked why twice the amount was debited from my account she told me to go to the store so that the staff members could open a case. I am not sure whether this is Telkom’s way of gathering money to pay their staff members their 13th cheque but these thieves need to pay MY money back!
