Heads up to Road Lodge PE Airport
We stay at Road Lodge on a regular basis whenever we are flying locally or aboard for business or for family visits. As we live out of town we prefer not to travel after dark and if our flights depart or arrive early morning or late evening we always book into the Road Lodge PE Airport. The rooms are always neat and clean and the staff are amazing always willing to help be it a pair of scissors to cut the cable tie off our your suitcase or needing extra milk etc. We are always greeted with a friendly smile and the staff are always neat in their dress code. Thank you for making our stay always welcome.

Wonderful holiday accommodation
We stayed at Swadini Forever Resorts and was absolutely wonderful. Spotless and friendly and just what we were hoping for. The location was amazing and really was a pleasure and we will be back. Treat yourself for a wonderful experience.

Very comfortable and friendly Lodge
Spent one night at the lodge as we had a very early morning flight. Service was good, with friendly accommodating staff and Manager Mark wonderful. Room was comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you and we will be back, so convenient when travelling.

From annoyed to overjoyed.
Big thank you to Ndlambe Municipality on excellent service. I recieved a very high water bill which I could not believe on Monday morning and e-mailed a Lady at the Ndlambe Municipality to say that the amount was too high and there was no way we had used that amount of water. She said she would look into it with the dept concerned and get back to me. The following morning I received a e-mail apologizing for the amount as the meter had been incorrectly read and they amended my account immediately. I then received a email at the end of the week from the first person I had contacted to inquire if the problem had been resolved. Thank you.

First National Bank only provides one teller.................
Went into the Port Alfred branch of FNB and there was only one teller working. there were 9 folk waiting to be attended to. When I spoke to the FNB lady who was standing around, she told me that the quota for the branch is only one teller. I find this hard to believe as it is the Festive season and the town is full of visitor and they only provide one teller. Not good service at all.
