a trip was requested at point A and drop off at point B which was 8.5km. the driver melinkosi a foreigner with KCC 187 EC selected the pickup, this driver on the way to the pickup took a diverted route which delayed the pickup by 4minutes. when he arrived on the opposite side, he sent a message to say he arrived. he then realized his not at the pickup location. eventually he picked up the passenger. he was questioned why he diverted from the pickup, he gave long story and 2.3km down the road he stopped at the petrol station left the passenger there and ended the trip gaining the full amount of R 93.00. from uber pre loaded cash. i had to book another uber to collect the passenger and complete the journey which costed me another R 37.00 when uber was notified and given full screenshots of how he diverted and giving them the distance which was 8.5km showing them the drop off point is 6km ahead, the reply from them was shocking. it was clear that they has no intention of getting my funds back nor looking into the matter properly, so i swore them and told them to delete my account. the stupid imbecile ahmad bashir kept diverting from the crux of the complaint . instead he sends the following reply.... "Sorry to know about the issue. After reviewing your trip again, we can confirm that the amount you paid matches the amount you confirmed while requesting the trip. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to review your fare or make any adjustments. Please note that the upfront fare shown in the app when you request a ride is based on the exact pickup and drop off locations you enter. Your understanding is highly appreciated." THATS IS THE FINAL STRAW. A LOSS OF R 130 VS SPENDING OVER A R 1000 FOR THE WEEK ALONE WITH THESE ******.

the post office parcel service department has become more of a billboard of the best painted picture without any actual delivery. sending a email is like trying to get to beam yourself to mars.
ordered placed on 5 December 2017. immediate payment was done. contacted via email. no response. couple days later contacted via email again. no response. decided to call the company. phone number doesn't exist. got the fraud dept on it with the bank included.
