A mission to get someone to answer the phone & if it’s answered then getting through to ward D2 is worse. Shocking, in this day and age to have to wait. I’ve given on calling the hospital.

I did on online order to be delivered the next day ie, 23/5/2024, as the dash delivery wasn’t available for the Mosley Park KZN area. This was for a birthday. Items included a cake wit a birthday message. Lo and behold no cake gets delivered. It fails me to think that the consultants taking the order together the ones that pack the goods are far from thinking beyond what’s in fro t of them. Very disappointing. I’m sure woolworths would just shrug this off as an oversight.
Jaqcques van Vuuren stands out as one of the most efficient people that I have dealt with in a very long time. His constant feedback and checking up on us during our very traumatic armed robbery at home,was overwhelming. This made up for the shocking service we received from other Government depts. It's hard to come across people of his caliber. God bless and all the best Jacques.
