I do not recommend Teachme2. They are unreliable, incredibly unprofessional and provide terrible client support. The initial onboarding process was great but I was placed with an unreliable tutor who moved several lessons at the last minute, who failed to pitch up to lessons at all without notice, without apology and arrived incredibly late to tutoring sessions. I did not receive adequate client support from Teachme2.
Avoid this spa!!! Unethical. They do not honour vouchers even less than a year from date of issue which is ILLEGAL in terms of the consumer protection act as you must honour vouchers for three years from date of issue. Even if ownership changed, the businesses liabilities are not magically written off because the new ownership does not feel like fulfilling the businesses promises. Do not support this unethical business.
I renovated my kitchen with Universal Kitchens this year. Louis was absolutely amazing from the get go - super patient, explained the whole process to me, designed the kitchen of my dreams with such attention to detail and gave great advice about placement, what I should include or exclude. I also used their preferred contractor, Phillip (Rubens maintenance) and he was also super helpful and patient. Universal kitchens and Rubens Maintenance did a fantastic job, very professional, even better than I expected and made sure any tiny snags were fixed timeously. I am very grateful that they made renovating - which can be daunting, expensive and stressful - a breeze. Highly recommend Louis and Phillip. They organised everything for me - and I am very happy with my new kitchen and my family and friends have not stopped with the compliments when they come over for dinner.
I ordered and paid a lot of money for a Playstation product on the 24th November 2017 and I opted to collect from the Woodmead store. At the time of ordering the product, there was stock and it noted that I would be able to collect in 2 to 5 business days. It has now been three weeks. I have now emailed Makro 9 times, tweeted them and tried to call numerous times to follow up. I received one email response to say that the matter has been escalated and they will contact me. I note that they have still not contacted me. When I call to get assistance , Makro puts me on hold or they transfer me and every single time they hang up. I urge everyone who is having this problem to lodge a complaint about Makro to the Consumer Protection commission. This is unacceptable practice under the Consumer Protection Act and we should not stand for this. I will not be using Makro's services ever again and I will urge every person I know to boycott them as well.
