I purchased a new 2024 Kia Rio in December 2024, and I am extremely concerned as this is now the second major issue I have experienced with the vehicle. The first incident occurred when the car failed to start. The technician advised that the problem was related to the oil filter, which they then repaired. The second and more serious incident happened this Wednesday. While I was driving, the gearbox mounting and side shaft broke off, essentially causing the CV joint to fail while the vehicle was in motion. The car swerved unexpectedly, and I narrowly avoided a major accident. The car is a major safety risk for a new car with so many issues
Hi i phoned telkom because i was behind on my account, i tried to make small payments of r100 sometimes more and less, just to let it go doen last month i contacted them to get a settlement amount the guy gave me the amount at which i paid two days later they said i must stil pay a r45 and now im waiting for the paid up letter, i paid on the 17th of last month already they said it takes 7 days? Everytime i call its a different story now i got an sms from attorneys saying i owe r5300 amd something? Which is double what i owed? Stil no one can give me a paid up letter, which i think is unfair because as far as i remember a consumer is entitled to a settlement letter and once its paid up he can get a pid up letter according to the nca? Some help please
