Disappointment at Benguela Cove Lagoon Wine Estate
Visited Benguela Cove Lagoon Wine Estate, recent winner of the Cellar Door Experience of the Year award, with high expectations. Ordered two (different) glasses of MCC. To our dismay both glasses were flat. We complained and were given two fresh glasses. It was also flat! Their reply when we enquired ..... it was flat because they served it in the wrong type of glass!? Why was it served in those glasses? Who knows? It was clear they did not care. We left without the purchases we intended to make. Best cellar door experience .... we vote not so!

Advanced Plumbing in Kempton Park a disaster!
Contracted Advanced Plumbing of 64 Maple Road, Pomona in Kempton Park to do repair work to a toilet. Wayne Cornish went out to do the job and I paid their invoice. Had to contact them again some weeks later as the toilet had started to leak again at the same place. Took many calls and e-mails before they finally made contact and promised to go out to re-fix the problem. They never did and are not returning my calls. Shoddy workmanship and appalling customer service - steer clear of this company!

Good service
I decided to make use of their service despite a previous clients bad report. They responded to my emails promptly and delivered the books on time. I have now placed an order with them again and had good service this time around as well
