I had a very awesome amazing interaction with a lady name phindy who assisted me with what I was needed. she was amazing and very professional and for this very reason it's why I really love dealing with pineapple insurance. They are my go to insurers and they have always been very helpful Thanks.
After not being in SA for a long time, I was quite dissatisfied with a few kfc branch experiences.. One of the the KFC branch experiences such as KFC on sparks yeah disappointed with the food as the wings felt almost undercooked and flavorless whereas KFC pavilion is extremely great tasting. However after my last few terrible experiences I no longer will be purchasing from KFC

Hi, I've just dealt with a Telemarketing sales person by the name of Naledi from pineapple insurance. Remarkablely patient, experienced and transparent. Was able to fully give me full understanding and details on what was required and has helped me in regards to getting the best possible cover for my vehicle. highly recommended to go via pineapple especially if you dealing with pineapple.
Unfortunately I have had the worst experience with debonairs pizza on randles road in Durban south Africa. Unfortunately they are uns****ed or highly incompetent or do not have appropriate measures to apply when system errors arise. I had ordered pizza and requested delivery but was told that they had to write the orders down by hand as the systems were offline. The first order came short with only 6 pizzas and when we phoned to enquire the lady who took the order down gave us extremely bad attitude and blamed it on us. When we requested she play back the recorded line on which all calls come she put the the phone down. We sent the order back and after a while the New order had come most of what we ordered was correct but the flavors all mixed up. Plus the order was not delivered full. We understand that if there is a system error simply do not take on delivery orders and complicate the matter or if experiencing high volumes of customers simply deal with in-house customers rather than phone customers. The incorrect order sent rather late at night and the order not sent in full can result in some people not eating. Furthermore the slip in which the lady sent showed that the order was taken down but not all was sent..the driver argued and said that if the money was not paid as per slip he would have his money cut short. So we either pay extra and not get full money or send the driver back with short money and have the whole thing blamed on him..I really am not happy about this and I want debonairs to please follow up to rectify this issue.
