a new kind of hell
Shocking service- placed order -never arrived- customer service is a new kind of hell- no ability to request a refund for a non-delivered item online. Order from them and join me in their customer service hell

SHOCKING SERVICE
ordered a table 8 weeks ago - have been told one story after the next about containers and shipping. One day it is in the warehouse being dispatched the next week they are unpacking containers again. Emails sent and not rep**** to, customer service is shocking. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Shocking did have the work quoted for then tried to charge more - when refused to pay more they refused to return furniture Shocking company- do not do business with them

Wow this is an *********** bunch - promised a great security system, had to threaten over and over again to get them to make it work. Blamed faulty parts which they installed - promises to come and never arrive Toxic within the company blaming each other for their incompetence- really scary as this is the company supposed to protect your family

Shocking on all fronts
Beyond shocking service - excuses on everything. Poor workmanship - wrong products installed, doors missing, don’t open or don’t close Weeks and weeks of promises and excuses eventually kicked off and another company called in to finish the job. Nadia full of excuses and no accountability- stay far away

Nico from Adio asynchronous installed our surround sound system a few years ago - not cheap. We have never had good after sales service and the system is always faulty. Called a few other places who ALL advise that Nico installed in such an outdated way they cannot fix and I need to replace the entire system. Several undertakings by Nico to come and fix and having messaged and called over 10 times he just has failed to come out and fix. I now have a system that cost me a fortune which he fails to repair and I need to replace. Stay away from this company- great service until they get your money!!!!!
