I ordered some things on the asap (pick n pay bottles app) mind you this was not the 1st time I ordered on the app. When the delivery was done, the guy had a friend with him who was on the phone, I asked for delivery note which was not there and normally I get that... Got into the house and checked the items as per my order and the were 2 x 5lt wines which were on special that were missing. I immediately send an email and auto response said I'll be contacted in 48hrs, it passed no response I send another email and same response... I have lost count as to how may emaims and phone calls I made. To date nothing is coming forth am so tired and more over disappointed
Don't even know where to begin....From the moment I made an enquiry to my goods being delivered the service was just outstanding. It's very rare these days that one gets such excellent and professional service
On the 28th November 2017 I requested the services of a plumber as my drain was blocked. I went on Snupit and requested a service provider. Then Abigail called me, we made arrangements for them to come unblock the drain following day. Upon their arrival I explained what the problem is as it wasn’t the first time I had similar problem with the drain. They just inserted some tubes/pipe like things & I told them that am not happy because they didn’t take out the roots of the trees which were causing the problem. I them asked how long is the guarantee of the job done and she even put it on the receipt which I still have in my possession. Then on the 30th they came back as I had taps that were leaking in the house to come fix them as they didn’t have the equipment on the 29th. I went with the plumber to buy new taps as he broke the one and said the other one needs replacing. Well that too didn’t work out so well as I ended up say they must just leave the one tap. On the 14th December 2017 my drain was blocked again and I contacted Abigail who told me someone will come on Saturday the 16th ( there are WhatsApp messages of this conversation as well) To my surprise the guy wanted me to pay him again as it was insinuated that I blocked the drain on purpose. And I refused as whatever was done was still under guarantee…Then Abigail’s husband whom I never had dealings with called me telling me the drain is not mine is the municipality’s and a whole lot of stuff. I ended up saying they must just leave my house as I had a family gathering and was not in the mood for an argument nor a fight.
