Please note that i placed my order (No. 10451) on Mar 23, 2022, purchasing the following: Zoppify Twilight, Euro-Top, NO TURN, Mattress and Base Set-180kg Size: Queen - 152cm Price: R7,999.00 Last year, I called to complain about the noise coming from the base. They were able to switch the base, and everything was perfect. It's just been 6 months since the base was switched, but the same problem has arisen. It's been a year since I got a bed from you, and I've already changed the base, but I still feel like I'm sleeping on an old bed, which is annoying because standing up or moving wakes up the person you're sleeping with. I can no longer contact them via support@zoppify.co.za, and their website is no longer operational. Please fix this problem or refund my entire payment to my account.

Gr8 and amazing service from zoppify
Amazing service from Zoppify. I ordered a queen bed on special through their online portal with a blanket and free delivery included. I am very happy with my bed and the service from both admin and the delivery guy Deon and team. They made sure to wait for me as I got held up, assisted me with other goods not even from their store up the 3floors of stairs and even put in the bed legs for me. The bed is super comfortable and firm and I have no regrets. I recommend Zoppify anytime. Thanks a lot team

Don't even know where to begin....From the moment I made an enquiry to my goods being delivered the service was just outstanding. It's very rare these days that one gets such excellent and professional service
