If i could give them 0 i would 3days later still no delivery on a 1day service... Been waiting for a cellphone voucher from insurance since the 3rd of April and still nothing from arrival at dispach on the 4th.I called all day only to be told to expect delivery on the 8th.imagine. I indicated that im taking a week long work trip on Monday and need the voucher to buy a new phone to communicate with my toddler while on the trip as mine was cracked,hence insurance claim. Was then promised delivery same day...its now 9pm nothing Yhoooo what a horrible service from these people
If I could write a zero review for this company I would.The sad part is that they just hire owner drivers to do the work so they don't really control the deliveries. A guy by the name of Ashley has been delivering my Charleys boxes essential subscription box with my baby's nappies for months now and oh my God to say the service is terrible would be an understatement. He is always late with his deliveries and mind you there is a depot close to Equestria where I stay..My deliveries are somehow always being returned to depo even thou i was never called about them not finding anyone at home.When he like he leaves the delivery with security without even checking if anyone is home. I run out of nappies while this guy keeps messing with my deliveries.mpnth after month. He is so unrealiable and O wosh Charleys cpuld change this damn service.Its bad bad bad. Ashley needs to really be reigned it.im gatvol with the monthly inconvenience from him. Today i went as far as wanting to fetch the parcel from depo myself after it was returned 2days in a row.since ive been waiting for the parcel 4days ago... Im so angry my gosh
Been struggling with internet for 2days now and im a home connect customer...i call them multiple times and only after day 2 do they then say its an open serve matter.i get a useless ref number and told to wait for a tech to call...so i would have gone to day3 without internet. useless bunch...i call Hope Hlophe,guy who connected my router when i moved in and he solved the matter in under 30mins while off duty via calling the office while having knocked off after i mentioned how long my whole household has been offline. Such dedication and selflessness. Hope he gets a raise.Thanks Hope
My word,where to start. I have never experienced a level of disrespect and inhumanity as O have with the maintenance lady at Macprop. A lady called Nadenefrom maintenance has repeatedly refused to address a matter of cleaning an awning on my bedroom window that was dirty and full of ***eon poo upon me moving in. I sent an email asking for assistance as the awning was too high for both myself and helper to clean out,this is after we already cleaned the balcony that had the same issue but that was ok as we could reach,I then asked for their assistance as the awning was out of reach for us but oh my word that started a whole bunch of back and forth emails with her calling me petty and saying its my responsibility to clean as a tenant. I dont understand if its a comprehension problem or the issue was me but she didn't seem to understand that awning was meant to have been cleaned prior to me moving in. This is after the renatl agent had already told me that the awning was not cleaned prior to me moving in as its ourside and Macprop doesnt clean outside and I asked where in the lease does it state that but he never privided any reference. The issue is in the dismissive nature of Nadene and her having the final say on everything as if she owns the company,even if she does. What about my rights as a tenant?Did I not deserve a clean unit prior to me moving in? It has been traumatic to witness and experience and have decided to take it up with the rental housing tribunal just to teach her how to deal with people. Its simply inappropriate and disrespectful the way she has communicated with me. She lacks ubuntu and I used to love this complex so much and wanted to stay here but now she has left a bitter taste in my mouth.For a rental amount of R13 500 monthly I expected better from them.simply horrified and its just my first month here. I hate to see exactly what else I will experience living in this place for the duration of my lease. If I was not 8months pregnant I would cancel the lease and move out for all this treatment. Do not rent with them, pretty from the outside but rotten team inside

Bad bad experience with your agent based in Makro Wonderboom. Wanted to buy two TV's and the Makro card had been blocked due to suspected fraud. We were called by an agent to email an ID copy with 3 signatures and we sent. When we got no response we went to Makro Wonderboom to get it sorted and my word for two whole days (30 and 31st January 2021) we got no assistance and eventually decided to pay using other methods. That lady agent was rude and truly unhelpful as we kept on holding on the phone to get the block removed. All she kept on saying was that we came late and this is what happens when people come close to closing time, that time we came an hour and a half before closing time. I don't know why people treat clients like this, its highly unprofessional. We decided to close the card right there and then. I do hope she is taken to courses on dealing with clients and also the callcentre staff must be warned as they kept hanging up the calls after we had answered millions of their questions. We had to keep calling back and start from scratch.
Amazing service from Zoppify. I ordered a queen bed on special through their online portal with a blanket and free delivery included. I am very happy with my bed and the service from both admin and the delivery guy Deon and team. They made sure to wait for me as I got held up, assisted me with other goods not even from their store up the 3floors of stairs and even put in the bed legs for me. The bed is super comfortable and firm and I have no regrets. I recommend Zoppify anytime. Thanks a lot team
I had a full day spa appointment with my friend for her 31st birthday yesterday. Venue is beautiful and easy to find although they could do with leveling their gravel roads. The hostess at the restaurant was sweet but looked overwhelmed having to welcome everyone and get them covid screened at the same time as having to tell them the menu/itenary for the day. She tried but one was left wondering whether it was a buffet or what was the procedure as she doesnt explain anything as she gets you seated. I was disappointed that they offer nothing for any special event like a birthday for a client, not even a mini song during lunch,a cupcake with candle or even a glass of champagne to make the day extra special with them. Their breakfast was divine so compliments to the chef but the insistence of giving each client only a slice of bread is inhumane and Muzi was completely rude when i requested another slice. He is absolutely not a peoples person and should not work at the forefront with people because he is so rude and lacks ubuntu even in simple instances of offering a glass of free juice to our driver who came to pick us up after a full day there. We absolutely bought and drank champagne the whole day and did not even touch their complimentary juice and he was rude about us offering the driver just one glass while he waited for us to finish off our reviews. He was also arrogant about us promising to review him and acted like that will have no consequence to him that I wonder if they even bother to read our reviews or what.That would be bad business practice if you want to stay afloat. Nhlanhla and Precious were perfect massage the******s and cant fault them on anything I give them 20/10. They are friendly and well skilled. Trying not to compare but Mamgwanani is a way better option to celebrate an event than Ingaadi. Ingaadi is highly impersonal and lacks that human factor. The alcohol selection is also a bore.they should allow us to bring our own if they wont expand their selection. Overall it was a relaxing day
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Arnold Mashaba for his professional and highly efficient service as he quoted me for car insurance.His service and good quote managed to move me from MiWay to King Price.I can only hope to have a good working relationship with them going forward. Ive seen reviews with people praising the good sales consultants but saying King Price falls short on delivery and I can only hope its not true and that the other positive reviews ive seen hold true as its quite affordable especially in these trying times.
