I have been battling for e months to get my outstanding bills paid. MEDWAY has all kinds of excuses and they do not read their e mails and contents send. I am highly disgusted in their service. This is my second claim and it is the same lame excuses as the first time.
Johan and his wife, Janet runs a beautiful relaxing bush lodge a few kilometers inside Dinokeng Game Reserve. Very clean, well priced and friendly service. No noises, freedom, aircons for the heat, braai spots, and nice kitchens. Thanks guys. We will return..
These guys are serious about Service. Friendly staff, very low prices of car valets. Good supervision and a general good experience.
On two occasions I approached them for a car valet. The first time, one of the workers stole my Police cap out of the car. No assistance to get it back Today, I stood parked for at least 10 minutes without assistance. They are expensive and not helpful.

I am having a hell of a disappointing incident with King Price Insurance. The provider DGC Glass is just as useless to replace my windscreen. At first, after slowly reading out my e-mail to them twice, DGC glass still got it wrong. It costs me time and money to phone after them the whole time just to do the basics that I am paying for. By phoning and complaining to King Price, it just caused them to ignore me as if they wish I go away. King Price was very fast to negotiate a contract, but their service delivery is down the drain. I will not recommend them to anybody after this bad service.
At Spur Coyote Ranch, Catle Gate, I sat down twice waiting for Service. The 1st time I waited but by the time we received our breakfast, my coffee was cold and I had to order another. Folks that arrived much later than us had breakfast while we were still waiting. This morning, again I tried to sit down for breakfast. After a while I left since no one seemed interested to welcome or sanitize me or take an order from me. I was noted by staff, who flatly ignored me. Bad service....
The person we approached, Ricardo, the sales person, was not interested in really assisting us. When I needed assistance with the grout and tile cement, he just pointed towards the shelves. He was more interested in his cellular phone than assisting me. I experienced it as very rude and condescending. He did calculate the tiles I needed and it was just about all. He will be the reason I will drive further to again friendly helpful assistance from a different supplier not related to Chamberlains.
My wife sent our worker from Waterkloof Ridge to Irene and the estimated quote was R27.00. In the end the driver charge R 127.00. It is ridiculous....
The worst experience ever with a Insurance company. Because of their incompetence, I am over R 4000.00 out of pocket for the next 48 hours. At first it took them weeks to amend my policy because I bought another camera lens. Then when I duly e mail them to stop terminate my contract, they failed to do it. They also don't have a contact platform if you wish to cancel your contract.
