Complain

Please note that i placed my order (No. 10451) on Mar 23, 2022, purchasing the following: Zoppify Twilight, Euro-Top, NO TURN, Mattress and Base Set-180kg Size: Queen - 152cm Price: R7,999.00

Last year, I called to complain about the noise coming from the base. They were able to switch the base, and everything was perfect.

It's just been 6 months since the base was switched, but the same problem has arisen.

It's been a year since I got a bed from you, and I've already changed the base, but I still feel like I'm sleeping on an old bed, which is annoying because standing up or moving wakes up the person you're sleeping with.

I can no longer contact them via support@zoppify.co.za, and their website is no longer operational.

Please fix this problem or refund my entire payment to my account.
