Poor quality
Purchased 2 vacuums that didn’t come cheap. They have broken once a month every month since I purchased them. My older units that are a different brand and half the price have lasted way longer and endured the same working conditions. I will not support this company again.

Shocking service
I am still waiting for my items that I ordered 3 weeks ago. I have called and emailed them. No one answers the phone nor do they respond to any emails.
