Be careful when deciding to submit your taxes to these people. They pick and choose whose returns they want to submit, they are very keen to submit your returns and then the trouble starts. No feedback or communication with the client. They do not adhere to the clients requests and or questions. There is a story for every question!! not a good experience at all!! do not submit to them.
Worst service ever from Makro. I placed an order online on the 29/11/2017. First there was a problem with the colours ordered and then the parcel was just never dispatched. I received an sms on the 8th saying the order will be delivered within 5 work days. More than 5 days later still no order!! I started phoning over the weekend of the 16/12 to be told the order is out on delivery we should track the order on Dawn Wings site. No order available on Dawn wings site. Monday 18/12 Dawn wing confirms that they have not received my parcel!! 19/12 i phoned Makro asking why this order was not dispatched as yet?, no explanation was given just plain rudeness. I phoned hourly and my Husband was furious with them. Then they said it will be dispatched the same day. 20/12 this morning i receive an sms saying the parcel will be delivered today, but to the wrong address. I want to know where they got this address from?? If this parcel will be delivered to the wrong address who will be liable for this loss of more than R4000 rand. The service received was horrendous and i do not know how Makro can AFFORD this kind of service to their customers in this day and age? Their staff is rude and incompetent and no one ever answers their phones, you have to hold for so long just to get some assistance. Very disgusted with Makro will try to avoid them at all cost!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Online shopping is the easiest and most convenient way to do one's shopping and i think that it is an advantage but not to Makro. Your online shopping is super bad not to mention service!!
