This is the worse ever company, no sense of customer service, no empathy just bots. I'm fighting with them for my refunds. One says processed, one says nothing shows, one says wait another 14 days, nobody knows what is going on. I have been chatting with them for over 2 months and just going in circles
Please if anyone is thinking of joining them please DO NOT. On numerous occassions their internet goes down. Which is fine as sometimes these things happen. However as a company, they do not answer their phones at all. They have a chat service which makes you wait hours if not days before they respond. Example 4 days ago our internet stopped working, we where not informed why. The bill is upto date. I am the one out of pocket now because i have to now buy data as i work from home. All devices need wifi along with our television. Their customer service is absolutely disgusting to say the least. They are even beyound a minus in a scale. I am now still sitting on a chat for almost 4 hours with a robot. Still havent chatted with a person and still answers. However i must say that the first day i did manage to get to someone. I was told we will not even be compensated due to the fact that the fault is not theres it is due to vandilism
Follow up. I came back to the store as I was told,they would get me the size and bras I wanted, however the owner Shanila basically told me in a nut shell that I was a stupid for purchasing the goods if I knew it would not fit. She basically insulted me and implied that I was silly and not educated enough. It took 3 visits to the store and she has not taken any responsibility for her staff, however made sure to tell me I wasted her drivers time getting me the wrong items
I purchased underwear at just undies to the value of R580. The sales lady measured me for the bras and insisted that the ones I chose where the correct size. When I got home and tried them on, all 4 did not fit. So I went back to the store but it was closed. I went back the next day only to be told again they will get me the correct size or I could get it in a different size, but I would need to pay more. I declined and asked for a refund. I spoke with the store owner/manager. She also declined my refund and said I was rude and I was shouting, however I asked would she be happy if she was misold and mislead with her own money? The lady who sold me the bras also admitted that she gave me the closet size to mine as they did not have the size I needed. She said she felt that the cuts where big and assumed it would fit. This is pathetic work ethic and robbery. They need to be dealt with. They just wanted to make a sale and sold me whatever they had available. Which is not right
