Bad service
They said it would take an hour and a half to wash inside and out. Went to go eat something and when we came back they washed 1 tire, nothing else. We were the second car there for the day. When came back to a dirty bakkie after an hour and a half…5 other cars were already washed that wasn’t there when we booked the car in. Rediculous!!! I guess they wash the fancy cars first…

Bad service
King Price is very quick to respond if you want to get insurance. I got a quote and wanted to move to them. I gave all my details and then said please do not start the insurance until I cancel with my current insurance. They took of a fist monthly payment and when I wanted to cancel with them they kept giving excuses and kept me on the line. I eventually started yelling and they still did not want to cancel my insurance with them. This is such bad service from them. I will never recommend anyone to them!!!!

Unable to resolve issues
I am of age and have been on child restriction for several years. I went in-store 4 times at different Vodacom stores to resolve the issue with the correct documentation. Every single time it was said that I am no longer under child content restriction. Most recently I have been to vodacom Gateway mall where the staff was extremely unhelpful and did not even try to resolve the issue and go the extra mile. Myself and the account holder have phoned 082111 numerous times where I have also been told numerous times that the restriction has been removed. This is not the only issue I have with vodacom, on a different account vodacom had without concent authorised a R10p/d supscruption on a simcard that is barely in use. The threehundred odd rand which was deducted has still not been refunded 5 months later. A colleague of mine had the same issue with a R15p/d service at MTN they called in querying about the said service and within 30min the issue was resolved and the money was refunded. Take some lessons from Vodacom. I am sick and tired of Vodacom and their empty promises. Fyi the issues have still not been resolved! I am at the point of looking for a different service provider.
