If there was a star below 1 Courier guy is a **** Pay for overnight delivery they lie about dimensions to delay the process then request more money On booking dimensions were compensated to more than actual box Please use alternative courier Very poor service0 replies

Poor service lack accountability
Damaged goods returned and now refuse to take accountability They took 5 months and still tell us they in backlog Extremely poor service from admin to complaints department. The sad thing is the lack of urgency and accountability. We understand the ts n cs. Service is bad. Excuses upon Excuses and customer must follow up no processes in place. A total mess1 reply

Makro online team ....poor customer service
Extremely poor service from Makro online team. More than 10 days I logged a return no feedback I made over 15 calls and no one knows what they doing Now I'm being told it wasn't logged on the suppliers side....MAKRO dropping the ball....please vet your suppliers as you guys are exposing yourself to reputational risk.......4 replies
