Bad service

No go zone for courier guy
If there was a star below 1 Courier guy is a **** Pay for overnight delivery they lie about dimensions to delay the process then request more money On booking dimensions were compensated to more than actual box Please use alternative courier Very poor service

Poor service lack accountability
Damaged goods returned and now refuse to take accountability They took 5 months and still tell us they in backlog Extremely poor service from admin to complaints department. The sad thing is the lack of urgency and accountability. We understand the ts n cs. Service is bad. Excuses upon Excuses and customer must follow up no processes in place. A total mess

Excellent experience
From Triage to general wards to ICU The staff are extremely friendly and kind. All our experiences from a child to a grandparent has been 10/10....Thank you waterfall netcare for the amazing service...your staff need to be commended!!!!keep up the great work!!!!

Disgusting service
Absolutely disappointed at the service. Loyal customer yet the service has deteriorated so much so rapidly. No one takes accountability... No manager takes accountability of poor service Everyday we call is an excuse....

Makro online team ....poor customer service
Extremely poor service from Makro online team. More than 10 days I logged a return no feedback I made over 15 calls and no one knows what they doing Now I'm being told it wasn't logged on the suppliers side....MAKRO dropping the ball....please vet your suppliers as you guys are exposing yourself to reputational risk.......

Excellent service from umhlanga branch
I had to share a delightful experience ordering online with Builders Warehouse. Builders Umhlanga -It was such a good experience dealing with them for an order I placed and was delivered in under 24 hours. They kept me in the loop and it was such a seamless process..... well done and keep up the excellent service delivery.....
