It took quite a while to sort my issue out, but Junita van Coller persevered and sorted me out in the end.
I received very efficient and friendly service from Carla van Zyl and was sorted out quickly.
Good meat, normally good service, but yesterday I was told I am stupid by what seems to be the main man behind the meat counter at Kings Meat Deli at Lynnwood Bridge. Will I buy there again - No. Will I send other people there - No. Will it do anything to their bottom line - No, but at least I can live with myself.
We ordered goods on Thursday & received it today. I will definitely use them again.
On the 25th of November I ordered & paid for a Samsung tablet as well as a Epson printer. As requested I immediately paid by EFT & then forwarded the proof of payment to the e-mail address listed. I did receive an e-mail to confirm the order. I've tried to phone on numerous occasions since then, but no answer. I've also tried e-mail on more than one occasion, but that didn't help much. My e-mail of the 5th December received the standard response that Dion Wired seems to be using here on HelloPeter as well: "Good Day I acknowledge receipt of your enquiry with reference ********** 3 and referred the matter to management, who will be in contact with you to assist in this matter. Thanks Regards Rabia" To date management has not contacted me. Then lo-and-behold I got a call from Nkonzo on the 21st of December requesting me to send him proof of payment in order for him to change my account status from : "Your order is on hold" to whatever it is supposed to be so that you can actually have hope that you will receive the goods. Guess what - my account status is still "Your order is on hold". My previous experience with Dion Wired was positive, but I will never shop there again or suggest anyone shop there. EVER. So please Dion Wired don't give me the same useless message that my problem will be attended to by management. Either give me my goods or give me back my money WITH interest!
