Their after sales service has been worse than terrible. I have 2 vehicles in which the trackers are not working. 1 of these 21Jun. Reported via multiple channels and requested repair, today after 8 weeks I was contacted to schedule a repair. 1 of the units was installed only 5 months before it failed. To beg for over month for repair, when the installation should still be under warranty, is unacceptable. All the while still paying for the service. I mailed the account manager requesting the necessary paperwork to cancel but have been ignored. This is not my first negative experience, but it was the last. I will, at this stage, go out of my way to caution people, especially commercial clients who depend on their tracking units, to find alternative service providers.

I placed an order. Only half of my fully paid for order was delivered. After more than 3 months of enquiring via email and telephone I still do not have an answer as to where my products are and I have not been reimbursed or even received an apology.
