I was admitted in Medical towers medical unit A room 6 frmthe 1st to todate . I asked for cup of Milo and I wad informed they don't serve milo due to cutting costs. However if you want Milo, you will have to request it a day prior so I can be served the following day . I don't drink coffee nor do not like tea. Will all the money we pay to private hospital. I book to get doctors appointment now i have to book to get a mere cup of milo. This is ludicrous, I'm even worried with the food being served if cutting costs is this severe.
I mistakenly transfare my money to my loan account instead of savings. On the 18th i reported the issue at hand, I was promised to get my money within 5 days. Again went back to the bank on the 29th they promised to reverse my money same day. Still no money to date, I went to the bank today again they are saying it's only been processed on the 30th. I must wait for 7 days. This is pathetic it's my money I don't owe the bank. All my debit orders are bouncing and I can't even feed my children due to the poor service given by FNB in mobeni branch. I will not recommend FNB to anyone anymore.
