Extremely slow pace of opening new file.
I have been waiting on a queue to open a new file for 4 hours. Still waiting. It takes takes about 45 minutes to an hour for one file to be opened. Extremely unacceptable service.

Extremely slow pace of opening new files.
Waiting on a queue to open a new file for about 3 hours. Still waiting. It takes about 45 minutes to an hour for one person to have a file opened. Staff is extremely inefficient.
