i ordered on the 17 July 2025 for a delivery, only to collect 33 days later and pay an addtional amount at the SA post office after actively monitoring my order. The call center just rings, the on line chat is erratic and no response at times. Their pricing is ludricrous, so please check. They have a local web address but actually operated by Handelnine Global LLC... be warned... i will never buy from them again
I receive the account to see that I have been billed a monthly fee of R28, which I was never informed off or opted in as I have never paid a monthly fee on my account. Apparently, it's a new monthly fee on all balances in addition, I will have to pay a settlement amount of R84 to close my account. Service fee and interest being charged on a 6 month interest fee plan. Also to get your statement, u need 10 digits of your ID and NOT the full ID number. Another way for you not to see your statement

Hi, i have a signal issue in my area and Telkom sent two technicians to evaluate the same problem as they had no record of the first technician. The 1st technician committed to come back in 30 min with a booster but never did. Telkom called and i explained the scenario. Thereafter, another Telkom technician came and he agreed we require a booster which will be sorted out in three weeks. . We categorically stated to him that this will not happen!Ref no ********** 6 i received notification on the 04 Jan 18 (way past 3 weeks) that i could not be reached. A sms was sent to me and i received no further calls from Telkom. On the 11 Jan 2018 i called Telkom and was informed that the case is closed as they could not get a hold of me!!!! No surprise as the cell reception is what i am complaining about and was not at work on the day they called at my office and no voice message either! Telkom is this a reason to close the call despite knowing what needed to be done ??? The call center had no clue as to the problem despite the reference no and i am required to log another reference number (Ref ********** 1) in order to resolve the same problem. i could not speak to anyone senior, the call center responded with with fixed answers. An extremely frustrating experience Telkom has increased market share significantly but in my opinion seems to simply lack the infrastructure to deal with their business and understand basic customer service / ethics.
