I am so upset. I have many family and friends that have ordered furniture from Beetroot inc. So when I got married in April my husband and I took some of our money that we got from our wedding and bought a bedroom set at Beetroot for the value of up to R13 383.50 on the 29th of April. I received an email back from the company saying that it takes 6weeks for them to make the furniture as they do not stock these items. I waited patiently until this week Monday and started to get concerned as I have not heard from them. Today at approximately 10:45am I received and email claiming that the company closed its doors and they will not refund my money. I will attach the letter that I received from them. This broke my heart. How can they get away with this? We've tried contacting several employees as well as the owner of Beetroot just to find a dead end. They're website still continues to function as normal and you can still place online orders. Someone needs to put a stop to this.
In this difficult time we are facing with the Covid Lockdown in South Africa we are already stripped of our Freedom, bound to our houses where we should feel safe and warm. The town of Bethal has been experiencing so many power failures causing electrical appliances to break (which could not be replaced because of the restrictions in place). Not even starting with the people who needs to be on electrical medical equipment in order to live! The people in the town of Bethal are fed up.. Govan Mbeki Municipality are stripping them of their basic human rights! To feel safe and warm in your place of shelter!! Come on guys especially in times like this it's inhuman to turn the power of for 4hours at a time twice a day while we're stuck in our houses !! As a Municipality you should take care of your people this is disgusting man!!
This is definitely one of the best decor/craft stores ever. Every time I visit there the staff are friendly and helpful. The store's layout is very organized and you can literally find anything there and if you can't find it they go out of their way to help you. Even if you're not a "crafty" kind of person I bet you, you will love this store. It has something for everyone.
This is unacceptable! I have been without a device from the 3rd of December 2017. MTN keeps on pointing fingers to the repair center and the repair center to Huawei. You guys need to sort this out otherwise I'm considering taking matters further I am busy getting fed up!!! Absolutely poor service delivery!!!
I am a very patient person but this is just terrible. I gave my cellphone in for repairs on the 3rd of December 2017. The store told me it would take max 3 weeks and I am still waiting. They were supposed to contact me as I have been asking what is going on since the beginning of January. I have not heard anything and they do not pick up when I'm calling now. This is just terrible and I'm not even going in on how they treated me when I was at the store. Worst service delivery I have ever experienced in my entire life!!!
