Herotel sucks
Herotel are hot concerned about sorting out customers interruptions. They are concerned more with the R500 all out fee they charge every time. I have been on the fone with them for several hours in the past 2 days. Nothing is solve. Their WhatsApp line is also a joke as there is no response. I would not advise anyone to have them as a service provider.

Goodhope Tyres: Dishonesty is their best policy
On 18 December 2020 I went to Goodhope Tires in Tokai to have the front shocks installed on my New Era Skyline. I bought the shocks and simply needed them installed. At the Tokai branch I was referred to the Athlone branch. I went to the Athlone branch after lunch. Here the shocks where "installed". I was informed by the technician that the ball joints had to be replaced. I waited some time to save up for the ball joints since I am a pensioner. I was eventually able to source the ball joints and on 4 February 2021 was able to install them. This time my son in law did the installation in his workshop in Montagu. Here we discovered that the front shocks were never replaced. My shocks that I brought along were clearly stolen. Off course when I brought this to the attention of Goodhope tyres management , they denied it all. I suspect this is how they do business if I read other reviews on HelloPeter. I will never do business with them again. They have stolen from a pensioner and their business will never prosper.

Refund
I want to buy a Ledger Nano s cryptocurrency wallet from them and I wanted to pay with Ethereum. I called them first to enquire if this is doable. They assured me it could be done. The order was eventually canceled because the transaction timed out. I called them and they assured me I would be refunded so the wait started. Now, when I did the original transaction, it took barely an hour for the ethereum to be transferred and confirmed. This refund has been taking days. I will never do business with Bitmart again but I just need my refund now.
