I experienced poor customer service and would like to share to avoid others going through this. Yesterday I went to Stylez at the Ridge at Shallcross to do a pedicure, I was very disappointed with their service. An initial employee messed up my nail polish as she rushed the job and it started to clump. A second employee tried to fix it but had to repeat the process another 2 time which resulted in the skin around my toe being bruised and acid tone being applied to the broken skin. My toe is still currently irritated as when I took a shower it burned. I posted a compliant on their Facebook page and I reposted on my page only to find out this morning that page and my post vanished. Sadly the initial employee who messed my nails up in the first place ignored me as if it was my fault and did not even show the slightest of concern when the other employee tried to assist me. The end result was untidy and the colors on one foot appeared lighter than the other. Now I need to look for someone to help me remove this nail polish.
Hi on 25 June 2017 I purchased a gents ring, the only reason I bought that specific ring was because when the Sales consultant weighed the ring it was 12.3 grams of 9ct gold which I thought was a good deal for that price she also noted the weight on my lay buy contact which I took a picture of. After paying off my lay buy in December 2017 and before the ring could be sent for resizing we had it weighed and it reflected approximately 5 grams of gold. I am under the impression that the ring was swapped as it felt lighter compared to when we purchased it. After hearing from head office I was told that no one can help me. All I want now is a full cash refund so that I can purchase a ring from a reputable store. I will never buy an anything from Nwj ever again and I shall advise friends and family as such as well.
