Discovery advertise they are best service. This is false advertising. They implement process which their system cannot cater for. You phone and then a reference number is being allocated to you. That is where it ends. No feedback from them at all. Even after constant follow up, the only feedback is they are still busy investigating. Dsicovery - before forcing people to do certain things in terms of your processes, please ensure you system can cope. One issue is with them for months now to resolve. Please stop advertising excellent customer service if you cannot implement what you are advertising.
Hi Recently i took my vehicle to Motolek Stikland to look at my one headlight being dull and the aircon not working properly. After the vehicle being there for the day, they phoned me to come and collect the vehicle as they were not able to fix the vehicle. When i got to the vehicle, i was charged R630.00 for a diagnostic on the vehicle, but they never told me nothing is working on my vehicle anymore. I had no lights, the lights on the dashboard were flashing like a christmas tree. The vehicle was worse off after being there than before. This is the worst service ever.

I received a whatsapp from the HR manager of WeFuse yesterday regarding recruiting material. I have asked the person three times where they got my number, but the HR manager just gave me some generic answer. After i then informed the person i will report them to the regulator in terms of POPIA, i was told not to waste their time. I rep**** to say they should stop waste my time. The HR manager then told me to "****off". I told the HR mamager then that it is unprofesional to talk in such a maner, i was told "Yes we no need stupid person they asking too much questions". I am not sure who their client base is, but this is not how you speak to people.
The bank put a hold on my account without informing me thereof due to some ***** they detected. I was told to go to the bank to resolve. At the bank i was told it would take up to 24 hours to lift the hold. I asked for it to be escalated. It is more than 24 hours later and the hold has still not been lifted. I am being hold hostage with my own money. Capitec please release the hold to enable me to access my money and move my money as far away as possible from Capitec. Worst bank ever.
My insurance is with Integrisure and part of the insurance i have cover through Europ Assist. I logged a claim for my freezer not working on 2 August 2022. They send out a company called Pro Repair Appliances. They first pitched a day late, then they repaired the freezer, just to find out it is not working. Pro Repair Appliances made another appointment to come and repair, after i had to phone, just to miss the appointment again. Both Europ Assist and Pro Repair Appliances are not worth it. Paying my monthly insurance is not worth the cover i am getting. Sorry top say Integrisure and Europ Assist do not deliver, clearly they do not have any integrity.
Good day Pro Repair Appliances were appointed through the insurance to repair my fridge, Firstly i was told if they replace the compressor, it SHOULD sort out my problem. I must now work on SHOULD. Secondly getting them to your house is a nightmare. Missing appointments and not even having the decency to phone, you have to phone them. Not someone i would deal with directly. Needless to say i still do not have a freezer that is working
I unfortunately have to give Edgars 1 rating as this is the lowest. If the functionality was available, i would have given a minus rating. I tried to use my edgars account card today, but was told my card is blocked. After enquiry i was told this was due to a transaction on 8 December 2021 where i made two separate purchases of R500 and R600 each and because it is more than R1 000,00 it is seen as fraudulent transaction as they so called phoned me and i did not answer on that day. We tried to phone the fraud department from the store and i did it form home, without success. Seems the fraud department is the only department that can assist me, but no one can get hold of them. Edgars was in financial difficulty before, surely they do not need loyal customers to leave them as well. I pay my account every month, even more than the minimum amount and i am treated like this. Please join me to boycott Edgars to not support them anymore, until they look at there clients. Service is pathetic and if i am treated like this, surely they do not need our support.
I was recently looking to purchase a vehicle and i saw one that i want to purchase at AutoHotSpot. The vehicle needed some work and i offered them a lower price and said i wil cover the repair work myself. All was agreed and a offer to purchased was provided. I informed them that it will be a finance deal and they even provided me with the approval code with the bank. When the finance approval was provided, the first question i received was how did you manage to get such a low interest rate. Suddenly the lower price was only for a cash deal and not a financed deal, which i find very strange as both ways they do get there money. After further research i think i have found the reason why. Dealers want you to go through them for finance as they earn fees for the business placed with the bank. There are many articles available confirming this. We careful when buying a vehicle via a dealer and doing the finance through them, rather do the finance yourself. You get lower rates and no fees are paid to the dealer. Further not great service from a dealer accepting an offer, just to change it.
I recently ordered from Electronic Pro, but it seems i have been scammed as well as many of the other people. Landline is forever temporarily unavailable, no response to the live chat or any of there emails. Personally i think this is a scam and people who actually posted they did receive products from them are probably themselves posting it and not real satisfied customers. Please DONT order from them and get scammed like many of us.
