Good day, I bought a tv from your Centurion Mall store on the 5th of June 2025. I was told the stock is at another store in the East Rand and would be delivered within 2-3 working days. Today is the 12th and I have not received the tv nor communication regarding its delivery. I am given excuse after excuse when calling the store to enquire. Now I am told the to will come from Hi Fi Corporation Mamelodi and it will take another 3 working days. Centurion and Mamelodi are less than an hour away from each other, why must it take 3 days for the tv to be delivered? Please assist urgently. Service, service, service!!!!

I called Cartrack twice, once on Tuesday ( 02/07/2024 ) and the 2nd time on Wednesday ( 03/07/2024 ) to advise that I am selling my car and need the tracking device to be removed and installed in the new car. I was advised of an amount of R870 I’d need to pay only to find that the booking was not made. I decided to confirm the appointment with Cartrack today and spoke to a Cynthia Cobi who would not let me finish my sentences. She kept on interjecting and defending the two advisors who clearly failed to book an appointment. Today’s Thursday and I’m getting the new car on Saturday and she cannot confirm if this will be done by Saturday. The car is going to a dealership in Mpumalanga hence I called to get this done before hand. I’ve just received an sms informing that I’d be contacted within 48 hours to book an appointment not to confirm the appointment. I am not happy with the service received considering I’ve spoken to three different people who work for Cartrack. Customer service is very, very bad!
This is the worst experience I have ever received from any company I have dealt with. I am a new tenant @ Alpha Valencia. There was no proper welcoming. I was not expecting a parade but at least inform me when and from who I will be getting the keys to the unit, how do I go about getting my finger print registered in order to gain entry to the complex, which parking bay is allocated to me, are there any rules I need to adhere to as a tenant, basic things that need to be done to insure that the tenant is settled in. Non of the above was done, agent stopped communicating as soon as the money was in their account. I called the office and sent emails but received no reply. Only yesterday did someone pick up the phone and actually assist me in getting the keys from the security guard. I wish the same energy can be exerted in ensuring that the tenant is settled in like it is exerted when requesting payment. I would honestly give a "minus star rating" if it were available.
Martin Mthethwa came to repair our fridge. He agreed to come back if we had any problems with the fridge post the service. I called him countless times, when he finally picked up he said he’d come and check the fridge. He never showed up and when I call he’d give me another date. Finally today he told the truth that he won’t come and he wasn’t going to come all this time. When I tried to reason with him he just hung up. Beware of Siqalo Refrigiration.
