horrible, horrible experience. i have been assisting my grandmother with using the virtual voucher she received after claiming for her phone and we have been pushed from pillar to post with no resolution. When we go to Ackermans stores to use the voucher they tell us their systems give an error saying "pick up card" and the voucher doesnt work, Sohva on their side say the voucher is fine. We have been trying to get this fixed since June and still nothing.

10 of january 2018 i deposit money into an absa account using an atm and the atm retains the cash and i report it inside the branch. Now comes the horrible expirience, the teller advises that they can only deposit it it into my absa account (of which i dont have, i was depositing it into my landlord's account). Now they giving me a cheque as a refund to cheque at my bank with a turn around time that is atrocious..i really can't believe this, I'm left to pick up the pieces of absa's atm error and there's no ownership at all on their side even with the fact that i told them this is rent money and it being late is going to affect my credit rating negatively
