We moved from Lichtenburg to Bloemfontein. From day 1 it was a struggle with the company especially the Johannesburg branch they were 4 hours behind schedule and did not update us at all on this matter as it left me waiting hours until I started following up myself. Communication is non existent at this company. After the move when we unpacked all our belongings we had R40 000 worth of damages caused by the incompetence and negligence of their workers. This company refuses to compensate us for the negligence and incompetence of their workers. The items were not packaged by their own company guidelines. On top of that their management at head office Johannesburg does not even make the effort to follow up with unhappy clients it is left for Junior staff to do just confirming that Pickford’s takes no responsibility for their poor service delivery and instead confirms their acceptance of the negligence of their workers and the lack of quality service delivery. Unless you have R15 000 for insurance I will not recommend using this company to move your precious belongings. On Google review there are a few Photos of the state that our possessions were delivered in. You can't see on the photo's but the fridge door was bent causing the fridge to freeze up, along with 2 bed bases broken as well. The move cost us about R70 000 to do the move, along with R40 000 worth of damages. You can do the math. Luckily we had some cover on our insurance to cover some of the damages.
Terrible CLEANING!!!!!!!!! They sent their best team to clean our house before we had to move into our new home, If this was their BEST I have NO interest in seeing their worst. On the day of arrival is was still dirty all over the house, windows still had spider webs on, the toilets had a stink and were dirty, walls were not washed, blinds were never touched to be cleaned. When I spoke to the manager she acknowledged that the error was on their side and they did not do a proper inspection after the clean this manager agreed to repay me for the expenses I had to get the house cleaned properly, the labour I had to hire on a Saturday on NR 99 to get the house cleaned and ready so that we can move in. After an agreement was made the manager went back on her word and said there was no agreement anymore. This type of service is unacceptable Luckily the moving truck was not waiting at the gate, but if it was I would have had to move in to a filthy house. We had to change all our moving plans, and could only move in the items that were in bloem on the Sunday afternoon. Rather Rent your own maids to ensure your house is cleaned properly it seems that these maids also do not have the proper training just by looking at their work... I can not express my dissatisfaction enough these people get paid for a job that they do not do !!!!!!!!!
I can not begin to express my dissatisfaction with this service provider. nr 1: people working remotely has so much noise in the background it sounds as if they are working via a nightclub. nr2: Upgrading online is a total disaster, after 3 failed attempts still no new contract nr3: getting someone capable of assisting you is another nightmare you will have to endure nr4: when finally you have someone capable on the line it cuts off the line with their stupid Vodacom satisfaction questions and you cant complete your transaction and no one phones you back to ensure that you complete your transaction. nr5: the courier service they use is so useless they cant even phone and ask for a house number if it has been left empty ! Sick and tired of VODACOM
I placed an order with this company 19 June , and paid. The next day Leonie said no stock , but did not refund me. I have been waiting to date for my refund every time I enquire it is always a sop story about I am next in line for payment and it has been going on since June almost 3 moths having to wait for my own money with only empty promises of pay back. DO NOT ORDER!!!! I will update if I do receive my payment.
Very poor communication and bad service. Very excited about all the good adverti*****t Calvee has, I decided to contact them and place an order for a custom made workout clothing for my studio, because I first need to have a look at the quality I ordered a sample set. I contacted them received the quote made the payment and then for 4 weeks nothing happened, no artwork to approve nothing, I had to send emails to follow up every time after numerous empty promises and not getting back to me as promised, I put in a request for my money back and more then a week later I am still waiting for my re-payment. I am terribly disappointed in Calvee as they do not live up to the image they are sending out to the public.
To date have not received any communication from can it in connection with a refund that we asked after sending products back to them in 2017. The last date of communication was 25 January 2018, the product was ordered 11/17/2017 as the manager was awaiting final feedback and to date, no repayment has been made. I would strongly advise people not to make use of their services.
I place my order on 10 Sept 2018, to date no goods have been delivered. Every time I make contact with the company there is either no reply or the same pathetic excuse, the latest was that I should take note of their lead time, It clearly does not state on the website that they need 8 months to produce a product. I can not believe that this company is still online ripping people off.
I have contacted the business by e-mail, WhatsApp, Facebook even by telephone but no reply on my order delivery or if I will receive my refund. My order was placed and Payment was made on 2018-09-10. On Facebook, the owner puts videos that she will ensure good service but all they do is not answer and block you off their facebook page.
The manager of Can it Refuses to refund us for cosmetic cans that we ordered. When they arrived they were all just thrown into a box not packed neatly with dividers etc. Due to this the cans got scratched , they also had a slip lid that would cause our product to spill in peoples hand bags. The cans are also thin and substandard quality cheap made in china type for an expensive price. After the worst customer service numerous phone calls and e-mails we just wanted our money back. So we sent the box back as was sent via courier. And now they refuse to refund us for their ****ty product.
