"Wow. This company has been an absolute disappointment. They are quick to quote and quick to install, but their after-sales service is honestly shocking. I strongly advise you NOT to use them. We requested a simple confirmation letter stating what they installed — something every legitimate contractor provides without hesitation. After more than a week of messages, DEON still refuses to supply it. Instead, he told us to go to another company and pay them to confirm the work WFS Systems themselves installed. Completely absurd. He is giving every excuse imaginable to avoid issuing a basic letter. Meanwhile, every other supplier and contractor on our site has provided their documents for the building inspector without any issues. We cannot get our site signed off because WFS Systems (and Deon) refuse to confirm their own installation. This raises very serious concerns about their professionalism, transparency, and business ethics. Stay far, far away."
They will ***** your money with there sad stories. These guys will unfortunately rob you. It has taken 4 months to do a job which was planned for 2 months. Monies were paid as agreed as advances for materials which never came. The team was great, but the owner seem to be using the money for this project to finish the previous projects, and the guys just sat on site for weeks waiting for materials. Evenually I had to cancel the contract, and is now persuing legal avenues to recover moneys embezzled and for damages caused. DO NOT TRUST WELLINTON.
Since the switch to an online store, the service has deteriorated significantly. Orders are placed without any follow-up communication — unless you take the initiative to reach out, you're left in the dark about the status of your purchase. I placed several orders in November and December 2024. After waiting for more than a month without any updates, I began sourcing the books elsewhere. I then submitted a cancellation request for the original orders, which was promptly acknowledged and confirmed by the team. However, I am still waiting for my refunds. Over the past five months, I have sent more than six emails and made several calls. Despite this, I have received no responses or even an acknowledgment of my last four emails. Initially, I was told that refunds are not issued and that a store credit would be app**** instead. I pointed out that, under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) provisions for online purchases, customers have the right to choose between a refund and a credit. Even after highlighting this, no credit has been issued to my account, nor have I received a refund. This is unacceptable.

I have made at least 1 phone call to your company per week since this saga started, and every time I get a threatening SMS message, with plenty of promises to resolve the matter, or someone will call me, but nothing happens and then I get the next flurry of SMS’s and the cycle starts again. So far and no further. To recap. My vehicle broke down in 10th Avenue, Cafda / Retreat and I made use of your Roadside Assist a few months back (what a mistake). Your staff were helpful and even though it took much longer that what they indicated, the tow truck eventually arrived to take my vehicle from No 21 10th Ave, Cafda Village, Cape Town, 7965, to the garage @ Bosch Car Service Kohler Motors Tokai, 268 Main Rd, Kirstenhof, Cape Town, 7945. I believe it to be 3.8km. When I received the first request for payment from you via SMS, for a bill in excess of R1 000.00 I immediately queried to be advised that my vehicle was towed more than 50km hence the cost. I corrected the lady and advised her of the correct distance having been below 5km and not 50km as claimed. I was promised that it would be corrected. Fast forward a few months and weekly calls to your offices due to receiving 4 -5 SMS’s per week with treats of listing and still no action from your side, and still I receive 2 more SMS’s yesterday and today. No great customer service from you. No calls initiated from your side, no follow up call as promised every time, and no action. How many times am I still going to receive these? Don’t you have a proper CRM system to tract calls and communications? Every time I call I have to explain from the beginning and every operator I speak to indicates that there is nothing on the system, or are you in the business of *********** your clients and threatening them into submission with a Credit Bureau Listing? I will now start to negatively rate your company on all of the rating services , as you are treating me without cause, and am also considering moving to an alternative service provider as a result. Please correct my account. Disappointed
I must say that I have seen a few negative reviews for Aquazania, but I have had the oposite experience since signing up with them. The staff go out of their way to try and reach me when placing orders, or even on delivery, when I am not at home, and they have contacted me and tracked to to deliver wherever I am.
