I recently enquired about they service and the offered to render that service for R695 and that's what we agreed upon but they debited both R695 and R8995 and when I called asking for a refund on my money they said they will fix it Monday 25 Nov but till now there's no refund and they've blocked me on whatsapp and not responding to my emails

Removal of account
Afternoon I had a contract with mtn 4 years ago which was sent to legal and now that R5689 that was overdue is still showing on my credit report and it's currently prescribed and I've sent numerous emails for them to remove it but no luck I can't call them because I'm using vodacom now and my emails never get returned Contract in question 0735293206 ID 9005195241088 Please Help me remove this old prescribed account which hasn't received a payment nor arrangement in over 3 years but mtn legal still has audacity to keep the record that contract was closed and my account with mtn closed aswell My Contacts 0665079125 Deeprebel@gmail.com

Destroying my device without my knoledge
I sent my device to mtn repairs and when I was about to make payment I called to find out what must I use as reference only to be told my phone has been destroyed and no one at mtn shop can assist they all don't know what's going on and now I'm paying for a contract for phone that's no longer there I wasn't notified about anything they just destroyed phone without even telling the mtn shop I sent phone to or contacting me
