Horrible experience
My problem started the day i app**** for a car finance with a certain dealer unfortunately my application was declined then suddenly I received a call from quora finance, I remember vividly its a gentleman who called me..advising me of how they can help me obtain a loan and boost my credit score.. Of which they never did the only thing I got from them its a credit score by that time I didn't owe anybody I paid all my accounts and close them down.. They will deduct your money and you will never get hold of them please stay away from such companies, I don't think they're legit.

Horrible experience

Of which they never did the only thing I got from them its a credit score by that time I didn't owe anybody I paid all my accounts and close them down.. They will deduct your money and you will never get hold of them please stay away from such companies, I don't think they're legit.

I received a WhatsApp message from Quora finance and they debited my money for no reason. I didn’t receive any service or anything I NEED MY MONEY BACK R1800

I want a refund
Hi they debited an amount of R1500 and I've been trying to call them and they are not answering at all. I want my money back. ASAP.

Do not accept assistance from Quora finance
These people are ****mers...they call me and tell me they can help me improve my credit score its only R795 ..i specifically asked how long will it take and will my credit score improve so that i can be qualifying aplicant they said they said yes. Once they draw a credit investigation report and then we discuss it then they check and see what will be fixed definitely i will be able to qualify. I asked again...are you sure i will be for only R795...she said yes. I agree to paying the R795.We continued with the discussion. She draws the report sends it to me we discuss it...she now tells me to update my credit status so that it clears all the credit activities especially those that are closed but still reflecting it will be another R1500. I am like but sister you said to vlear my credit record so that i vam be able to apply for stuff and qualify its R795...now you are saying i need to pay another R1500...howcome...she says the R795 was just for the report...to the clear the records its another fee. I said to her but i asked you right from the beginning if the R795 is for clearing my credit and helping it improve you said yes...you nevet mentioned anywhere in our almost 1 hour + conversation that after the report there will be another process that requires more money...the only thing you kept mentioning was the R795. Now its R1500 again...if i haf said yes to the R1500...who knows what else they were going to charge me. If they dare debit the R795 i want the recordings of this conversation with Kelebogile.

I recently enquired about they service and the offered to render that service for R695 and that's what we agreed upon but they debited both R695 and R8995 and when I called asking for a refund on my money they said they will fix it Monday 25 Nov but till now there's no refund and they've blocked me on whatsapp and not responding to my emails

Quorafinance bad to do business with
I have contacted Quorafinance for cleaning my ITC. I have paid them admin fee to get started. They requested me to open a new bank account, which I did. The new account was sent via whatsapp to the consultant, Frenny, which assist me from day one. Agreement between me and them was filled in and sign. We came agree that they pay my cashloan an amount. They deducted the agreed of R4000 from me to pay the cashloan. They also contacted the cashloan to make arrangements. The first month (April), no debitorder. I have contacted Quorafinance to find out what's wrong. They noted that no funds available. During May, same happens and same excuse. The cashloan phone me because they don't receive payments as agree. They asked me if I could please do the payment to them for May, which I agree to because of my credit history and not want a bad record on ITC. I requested to contact me on whatsapps, a few time. I have emailed them, different persons, to contact me. I have also try get hold of Frenny, the landline rings twice, then it stops. When I started, it sounded to good to be true, in 3 months every thing will be done, clean ITC etc. I also noted that I want to buy a house, therefore it is important to clear my ITC. It was also noted to me that with a home loan they can also assist. How can business be done like this? No feedback was received from the people of the admin notify me of any results. Before they started, I have canceled an other laywer which also would like to assist me, because this sounds good from Quorafinance. The year is in the middle, 3 months later, no positive feedback yet. I am not sure if I will refer anyone to them after myself is doing business with them.
