These people are ****mers...they call me and tell me they can help me improve my credit score its only R795 ..i specifically asked how long will it take and will my credit score improve so that i can be qualifying aplicant they said they said yes. Once they draw a credit investigation report and then we discuss it then they check and see what will be fixed definitely i will be able to qualify. I asked again...are you sure i will be for only R795...she said yes. I agree to paying the R795.We continued with the discussion. She draws the report sends it to me we discuss it...she now tells me to update my credit status so that it clears all the credit activities especially those that are closed but still reflecting it will be another R1500. I am like but sister you said to vlear my credit record so that i vam be able to apply for stuff and qualify its R795...now you are saying i need to pay another R1500...howcome...she says the R795 was just for the report...to the clear the records its another fee. I said to her but i asked you right from the beginning if the R795 is for clearing my credit and helping it improve you said yes...you nevet mentioned anywhere in our almost 1 hour + conversation that after the report there will be another process that requires more money...the only thing you kept mentioning was the R795. Now its R1500 again...if i haf said yes to the R1500...who knows what else they were going to charge me. If they dare debit the R795 i want the recordings of this conversation with Kelebogile.
Customer service was basically not existent after receiving written confirmation for a refund. It never happened its been a month now. When we call to request to speak to Jeandre Snyman she never took our calls neither returned them or responded to emails. Until today when we decided to cancel the policy for the other vehicles that are with Budget, all of a sudden we are told she is available and will be transferred so that they can retain the account. After numerous attempts to get assistance only when you cancel they decide to take us serious.
I stayed in one of their units for 2 years, i left the unit in good order/good condition. Contract i signed with them says refund of deposit will be paid within 21 days. I am approaching 45 days or more, still no refund. They debited my account for rental after i had left,I cant get hold of the people at the office, i have left countless messages no response. My heart hurts over this. May i please be refunded the monies due to me please.
I have been trying to get hold of them but their line keeps saying it's busy. I called the head office and the lady that answered says if the line is not going through there's nothing she can do. I felt like now it means they want to keep deducting money from me without me getting the service I need. I want to cancel the phone contract I have with them. 0875501733. I javelin been calling this number for 2 weeks now and it's not going through.
They call every month to say they have not received payment. Yet debit order goes through on the 1st of every month. I cant get hold of them, there is a company that is called deals direct that say they work with blue label but i cant get hold of blue label to confirm this.
We bought a part from them to install. They charged us labor for installation. On the day the car was taken to them to install the part they did another diagnose and told us the part we bought is not the problem we had to buy another part. Story short car is still standing they want to charge us more money to diagnose and get another part. All we want is just for them to install that first part that we initially bought. Contacted Volvo SA they never responded
