I'm waiting a week to get connected. I've spent lots of money on telephone calls I get assist telephonically but the agent say they will call back the next day but never do ( there is no follow through. I spoke to the debtors manager Wendy says they do not give their surnames its company policy said she will call me back but never did. I personnally asked that my account never gets debited until i get connected they said the system is automated surety this can be stopped because I'm not connected. I'm just so frustrated at the moment
I have been waiting for connection since Dec 2020 Afrihost deceived by modern in a day still waiting to day should i upgrade my Telkom contract.?
