After cancelling my bond life insurance are the still continuing with my debit order. I have requested numerous times that it is cancelled. The branch can't assist me in reversing the debit order and I have to make a lengthy telephone call to be transferred from one department to another. This bank is unethical and fraudulent takes my money without permission.
The sales person was not informing me about everything and I cancelled the contract the next day after paying the joining fee. I am still waiting now 2 months later for that refund of the fees paid. They are not following up or even replying to my emails

My husband took out a Telkom Mobile contract for me in his name at the Telkom branch in Fourways Mall. The date of purchase was 15/10/20 at 16:00. Today I went with him to explain to the manager to exchange my phone with another because it is hanging / freezing / flickering all the time and make an audio noise when selecting the search screen. A contract is legally from the time and date signed and I feel that we are within our 7 day warranty period to exchange the phone. I also explained to them that I am working from home due to Covid-19 and cannot give my new phone for them to send away. I was also in for a neck operation and wanted to show them personally what the phone was doing, due to the delay in going into the shop for the exchange. They just refuse and don’t want to assist me. The manager state that if I want to cancel the contract I have to pay for the device and a cancellation fee. I do have an insurance but cannot send my phone in for repairs and need it to make some income. I am furios for managers who does have the authority to make a decision and just blatantly after hearing it in these unprecedented times refusing me to exchange the device when today is the 7th day.
Bought a vehicle from them and 5 months later the car broke down. I found out later that the problem were fixed to last temporarily. When I approached We buy Cars, they ignored me and said it's my problem. The car was send for a proper service by the branch on the day of purchase. I would like everyone to be aware that they are dishonest and not trustworthy.

I am trying over a year to register at Unisa for my Bcom studies. I can't log onto their online portal because it keeps on giving me a message that I am registered of which I am not. I've tried the email routes without success. This is really unacceptable poor service.
I went to the shop for 6 months in a row trying to explain that I do not have a contract with them and still they are trying to recover money from me.
I went the 6th of Jan 2017 to the Mercedes Branch in Menlyn. I asked the salesman that I want to purchase a Smart for Two vehicle and that he must get all the paperwork ready for this transaction. The Monday afternoon after not hearing back from him I phoned him to ask when the process will start whereby he replied that he will be getting a demo Smart in the next day for me to test drive. Tuesday afternoon I contacted him again whereby he replied that he was still waiting for the demo. I asked my husband to go in to the branch to tell him that I want to purchase this vehicle and we must start with the paperwork because it looks like this salesman does not understand what I want. Since then and from the beginning this guy never phoned us back or give us any feedback. I do not know if it is because we did not buy an expensive vehicle or what but surely we are also customers?
