The explicit ****** from your cashier, Thandeka, at the PEP at Junxion centre in Standerton is unacceptable. My husband stood in a LONG queue to try to return/exchange shoes for my son for a bigger size. He got to the till, gave her the slip and shoes, and went to fetch the bigger size. In the meantime, she then proceeded to help the next customer, which he was fine with. He stood nearby because he was just waiting for the customer to be done. She then told him with a very bad attitude, and very loudly so that everyone can hear, that next time he should not cut the line and go stand at the back of the queue. ***? He was already being helped by her and just went to get the bigger size after ALREADY being in the long queue! AND then she took her time, which seemed very deliberate to annoy him. Even the customers behind him got annoyed by this. Your branch anyway sucks compared to the other one in general!
Very unhappy. I app**** for a pre-approved loan on the app. I got to quote and pre-agreement, read the pre-agreement, and when I went back to actually continue with the loan, the application just disappeared. Now the application has expired because you failed to get in contact with me swiftly after I asked for assistance. And basically, my credit is now ruined because I have a hard inquiry on my credit report for NOTHING. Very disappointed.
I signed up for the credit builder loan very hesitantly because there are so many ****s going around, but BenX has not disappointed. My credit score has improved with your help, and it's the only option I had to even start to try building my score. Very happy and would recommend.
Very unhappy with your ASAP! service in Standerton. Third time ordering, thought I wasn't going to again, but thought I'd give the benefit of the doubt. I ordered just after 11:00, two hours later, 13:20, the app still says waiting for driver. The first time I ordered it took about four hours for delivery. The second time, you cancelled all the essential items that we needed for Easter weekend, mostly meat, and it was my entire budget that went into that order. And since it takes days to get a refund, I had to borrow money to make up for the items you did not deliver. Very ****py service.
So apart from you cancelling at least one item with every order, you have now after more two weeks not made any contact regarding a return of shoes that I received two sizes too small. I called the call centre, was on hold for half an hour and got hung up on. I sent an email, no response. You also have taken away your online chat button on the website. Looks like you are deliberately making it hard for customers to get the service they deserve. This is extremely bad service. Now how am I supposed to get my money back?
Ordered Thursday, the 2nd of Jan. Got SMS and email notification that the order was handed to The Courier Guy on Saturday, yet the order tracking on your website still sits on "packed" 7th of Jan. I spoke to two agents today, 7th of Jan, none of which were truthful. You are basically blaming the courier company. I said, The Courier Guy doesn't take this long. I always receive my order next business day after they collected. So I was supposed to get it yesterday. The latest agent I spoke to had the cheek to say "seems this time it's different," meanwhile the issue is on your side. I ordered nappies for my child, now I have to double buy, meaning at a different store in person, which I can't afford. The Courier Guy has tried to collect the order twice but it's not ready on your side, and it's such a small order, how can it not be ready after 4 business days? Your service is very much declining. There's also at least one product cancelled from your side with every order. Ordered a crate of blocks for my son for Xmas, guess what? Cancelled.
I have ordered quite a few times with you in recent months and have not yet a major issue with you until now. A month or two ago I ordered something, you cancelled it because the supplier was MIA and the email confirmation that my refund was being processed came through immediately. This time you took your time to cancel an order due to the supplier being apparently closed, according to Google. I didn't get confirmation of the cancelled order and a week later I have still not received confirmation of the refund being in progress, after which it will still take up to another 10 business days for me to actually get it. I had to let Payflex take my money for something I did not receive. I still need to get this item very urgently from somewhere else and you are making this very difficult for me now. Also, an agent on your WhatsApp chat told me Friday morning that the refund was initiated on Thursday. I did not receive confirmation of this and I contacted you via website chat to find out. And it seems your WhatsApp agent **** to me. The agent this morning, Monday, told me that the ticket for the refund is still sitting with the finance department. I feel that because YOU cancelled the order, this should go much quicker.
Last month I posted here on Hellopeter as you are not reporting my payments to ITC. I paid you in full and almost 3 months later I still have 6 missed payments on my report. I was called last month after my first post and a lady told me they would send me the paid-up letter and they will also send it to ITC. Still, my credit report shows the missed payments and arrears, and I have not received the paid-up letter. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT. And I don't want another call telling me it will be sent. I contacted you in January to arrange to pay off my HomeChoice debt with you. My last payment was in May. Still, you have not updated my payments to reflect on my credit report. It shows six missed payments and that I still owe you more money. You are ruining my chances of getting credit in the future. Made contact after my last payment asking for a paid-up letter, also no response. Very bad service.
I need to pay off the debt I have with you. Please provide contact details! How do you take over debt but then there's nothing on the internet about you? Please, I need to get my debt cleared off my name and you are making it to be quite an obstacle.
