I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership and specifically with Shiv. When I first dealt with him, he was incredibly warm, friendly and helpful. He promised good service and communication, which made me feel comfortable moving forward. He arranged for someone to evaluate my car, and after that… complete silence. No updates, no follow-up, no courtesy message — nothing. I was completely ghosted. What shocked me most was not even the outcome itself. If the deal was not going ahead, all that was needed was a simple message saying so. Ignoring a customer after making promises is extremely unprofessional and honestly just rude. The dealership may have competitive pricing, but customer service and after-sales communication are just as important. A sale should not only matter while the customer is being pursued. Very disappointed with how this was handled and unfortunately I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.
I recently purchased an item of clothing from Emmilines Fashion and had a very disappointing experience. After three weeks with no communication, I had to follow up myself to ask where my order was—only then was I told it was finally on its way. When the item arrived, the body fit, but it was extremely tight and uncomfortable around the waist—definitely not flattering. I emailed the company to ask if I could either get a refund or exchange the item for another product. The response I received was shockingly rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. The owner was incredibly unpleasant to deal with and made the whole experience awful. While some of their clothing may look good, the customer service is horrific. I ended up keeping the item and will try to resell it on Yaga, just to avoid dealing with them any further. If you choose to buy from Emmilines Fashion, make absolutely sure you know exactly what you're ordering, as they don’t allow returns or exchanges—and the customer service, if you have an issue, is very difficult. I will not be buying from them again.
The end of August arrived and after 10 hours in front of my computer designing my photobook, i finally sent it into Pix24 to get printed. I did not hear back from the company by November so i called in to see what was going on. I was told that there was a huge backlog (as there had been a Daddy's deal to purchase this photobook) and they were trying to get through all the orders. I was told that they would mark the photobook as 'urgent' as that would speed up the process. Nothing happened! I called in again, and again, and again and spoke to a guy named Alby. Each time i was told the printing would be done the next day and then delivered to me the following week. I was even told on the phone that he promised that he would personally make sure that he would get it done. He DID NOT make this happen and when i called back 3 weeks later i spoke to the new manager and was told that the server had now crashed and they had lost every bodies art work, including mine. She asked me to please send my artwork in again and to please be patient and wait while they try to resolve the problem. They have been terrible, making promise after promise and never follwing through with what they said. They just kept apologising on the phone for the photo book having not been completed. It was frustrating and made me furious dealing with them. I suggest people rather use the many other printing companies available. Rating would have been Zero if i would have been given the option.
