Since the 27th of May the speed on my Mweb MTN LTE line has drastically decreased. I am yet to get feedback. on top of that I got an email saying my line will be cancelled at the end of July 2021. I did not request cancelation. I called in on Thursday the 8th of July to check on the progress of my query and was told that they are still investigating. I asked about the cancellation and was told that someone will call me. it is almost another week and no one has called. this is honestly the worst service I have ever received.
I do not know if NO SERVICE is considered bad. But, to me and 8 friends being avoided is horrible. Ended up leaving after calling 3 waiter/waitresses. One hid when we called the two avoided us. The lady at the entrance did not even care when we said to her no one is assisting us. We were just calling someone to wipe the table not even serve us yet.
I paid this account on the 27 Nov, three days after the loan. i still get messages that I will be debited. I have called more that 20 times and get no answer, I have emailed my POP and attached it on my account multiple times. what the hell am I supposed to do?!
I borrow money on Wed, 25 Nov, and paid it back Via EFT on the Wed, 27 Nov. I still get messages that I will be debited. I have called, emailed no one is getting back to me. I have attached my POP on my account, I have emailed it to them. what the hell am i suppose to do? if they debit me I will reverse it and if it cause bad debt for me I will take this through ITC. I f it means they get shutdown so be it!
have had a phone number for more than 10 years, on prepaid with Vodacom. All of a sudden i tried to move it to a contract and i am told that my number is under RMCS. I ask for my number back and i was told to contact RMCS. WHY SHOULD I, WHEN I NEVER MOVED MY NUMBER TO THEM? This the worst service ever!!! and no one seems to know how to fix it.
